The relevance and socio-economic significance of peasant (farm) enterprises (PFE) as a resource base for the work of consumer cooperation in the regional economy plays an important role in the food supply system under sanctions and embargoes. The value of cooperative forms in the long-term development of rural areas is justified by the enormous state significance of the effective use of the natural and economic potential of the agro-industrial complex of Russia. The features and prospects of the development of PFEs in the regional economy using the advantages and principles of cooperation are identified and characterized, the role of PFEs in the regions under sanctions, their place in the development of the socio-economic infrastructure of the regional economy is determined. The production and social mission of PFEs is especially disclosed, their role in strengthening the socio-economic infrastructure of rural areas, in the formation of food resources of regions is revealed, the need for state support of cooperation in the development of small agricultural business, the role of rural farmsteads is argued in the preservation of the environment and landscape in rural areas of regions, the development of agricultural industries of crop production and animal husbandry, increasing the agricultural production in PFEs, in improving the efficiency of small forms of management, more rational use of agricultural land, arable land, increasing the competitiveness of domestic agricultural producers, the role and importance of cooperation in rural areas is summarized. For purpose of effective activity of PFEs, it is necessary to take measures to obtain subsidies from the federal budget for the development of social and engineering infrastructure, the renewal of the machine and tractor fleet and technological equipment; to expand the access of small business entities to the market in conditions of imperfection of its infrastructure, increasing monopolization of retail chains, poor cooperation development.

Актуальность и социально-экономическая значимость крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств (К(Ф)Х) как ресурсной базы для работы потребкооперации в региональной экономике играет важную роль в системе продовольственного обеспечения в условиях санкций и эмбарго. Ценность кооперативных форм в перспективном развитии сельской территории обосновывается огромной государственной значимостью эффективного использования природного и экономического потенциала АПК России. Выявлены особенности и охарактеризованы перспективы развития К(Ф)Х в региональной экономике с использованием преимуществ и принципов кооперации, определена роль К(Ф)Х в регионах в условиях санкций, их место в развитии социально-экономической инфраструктуры региональной экономики. А именно раскрывается производственная и социальная миссия К(Ф)Х, выявлена их роль в укреплении социально-экономической инфраструктуры сельских территорий, в формировании продовольственных ресурсов регионов, аргументируется необходимость государственной поддержки кооперации в развитии мелкого аграрного бизнеса, роль сельских подворий в сохранности окружающей среды и ландшафта в сельской местности регионов, развитии отраслей сельского хозяйства растениеводства и животноводства, увеличения производства с.-х. продукции в К(Ф)Х, в повышении эффективности работы малых форм хозяйствования, более рационального использования с.-х. угодий, пашни, повышение конкурентоспособности отечественных производителей сельхозпродукции, обобщена роль и значимость кооперации в сельской местности. В целях эффективной деятельности К(Ф)Х необходимо осуществить мероприятия по получению ими субсидий, предоставляемых из федерального бюджета на развитие социальной и инженерной инфраструктуры, обновление машинно-тракторного парка и технологического оборудования; расширить доступ малых форм хозяйствования к рынку в условиях несовершенства его инфраструктуры, возрастающей монополизации торговых сетей, слабого развития кооперации.
