The influence of biologically active feed additives of animal origin on the productive qualities of cattle | Влияние биологически активных кормовых добавок животного происхождения на продуктивные качества крупного рогатого скота

Исследования проводили с целью изучения разных вариантов откорма с включением кормовой добавки, состоящей из хлореллы и крабовой муки, для определения влияния биологически активных кормовых добавок животного происхождения на продуктивные качества крупного рогатого скота. Работу выполняли в 2020 г. в Ставропольском крае. Для проведения исследования были сформированы 3 группы бычков-сверстников казахской белоголовой породы в возрасте 12 месяцев по 15 голов в каждой. Животные І контрольной группы получали основной рацион, который состоял из сена люцернового (5 кг), дерти злаковых (4 кг), соломы озимой пшеницы (2 кг), соли поваренной (50 г). Бычкам ІІ опытной группы в рацион вводили 0,1 кг/гол. кормовой добавки из крабовой муки; ІІІ опытной группы – такую же дозу добавки из крабовой муки (97%) и сухой масса хлореллы (3%). Динамику живой массы бычков учитывали путём ежемесячных контрольных взвешиваний. Включение кормовой добавки, состоящей из крабовой муки и хлореллы, способствовало интенсификации обменных процессов, увеличению содержания эритроцитов в крови на 20,5…21,8% и уровня гемоглобина – на 5,0…10,5%. В крови животных III опытной группы возрастало общее содержание белка. Это происходило в первую очередь благодаря увеличению количества альбуминов, в сравнении с I контрольной и II опытной группой, на 39,5 (p не более 0,02) и 23,9%, гаммаглобулинов – на 27,9 (p не более 0,02) и 23,9%. В результате живая масса особей, потреблявших добавку из крабовой муки и хлореллы, была больше, чем в I контрольной, на 20,4 кг (4,7%), по сравнению со II опытной – на 13,4 кг (3,0%), по среднесуточному приросту – на 130,0 и 109,0 г, или на 12,8 и 10,5% и, как следствие, рентабельность производства увеличилась на 2,9 и 1,7%.

The research aimed to study different fattening rations with the inclusion of a feed additive consisting of chlorella and crab meal, to determine the effect of biologically active feed supplements of animal origin on the cattle performance. The work was carried out in 2020 in the Stavropol Territory. For the study, three groups of the Kazakh white-headed peer bulls were formed at the age of 12 months, 15 heads each. Animals in the first control group received the main diet, which consisted of alfalfa hay (5 kg), cereal turf (4 kg), winter wheat straw (2 kg), fine salt (50 g). Bulls of the second experimental group were introduced into the diet 0.1 kg/head of crab meal feed additive. The third experimental group received the same rate of crab meal additives (97%) and dry weight of chlorella (3%). The changes in the bull live weight were tracked using monthly control weighings. The inclusion of a feed additive consisting of crab meal and chlorella contributed to an intensification of metabolic processes, an increase in the content of erythrocytes in the blood by 20.5-21.8% and the level of hemoglobin by 5.0-10.5%. In the blood of the animals of the third experimental group, the total protein content increased. This was primarily due to an increase in the number of albumins, in comparison with the 1st control and 2nd experimental groups, by 39.5 (p not more than 0.02) and 23.9%, gamma-globulins by 27.9 (p not more than 0, 02) and 23.9%. As a result, the live weight of the individuals that were consuming the additive of crab meal and chlorella was 20.4 kg (4.7%) more than in the first group, by 13.4 kg (3.0%) compared to the second experimental group; according to the average daily increase it was by 130.0 and 109.0 g, or by 12.8 and 10.5%; and, as a result, the profitability of production increased by 2.9 and 1.7%.
