Determination of calcium, magnesium, sodium and potasium in wines by flame spectrometry

It has been used flame spectrometry, absorption and emission, to determinate the quantities of Ca, Mg, Na and K in different wine samples taken from the country of Valladolid. It has been made a comparative study about the possibility of applying the technique directly or about the necessity of presenting previously the sample to a mineralization, this way is much more profitable. In both cases it is very convenient to dilute the sample 1:10 to Ca and Na and 1:100 to Mg and K. It is made a vaste study about the mutual interference Na-K making an abacus which can help us to know the real quantity
