德语. The antimycotic activity of saponin A from Styrax and of its debenzoylated derivative, saponin B, was studied on a number of plant pathogens and on Trichoderma viride. Saponin A demonstrated activity against Trichoderma viride, Fusarium oxysporum, Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus mucco. At the concentration tested, saponin B had low activity only on Trichoderma viride - a result discussed in terms of mechanism of action
