The organic matter content of the samples was generally moderate while pH values were slightly acidic and still suited for agricultural farming. The exchangeable Ca and Mg were sufficient enough for most crops growing in the place but available P and K were not sufficient. This condition should be supplemented by P and K bearing fertilizers. Correlation analysis showed significant and positive relationship between Ca and pH but the relationships between Mg and pH, and organic matter and pH were not significant
