Results pf physical analysis showed that the vegetable areas in CLSU [Central Luzon State University, Munoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines] was clay loam with particle density of 2.35 g/cc, bulk density of 1.50 g/cc, and percentage pore space of 36.17. The soil has a pH of 6.76 and organic matter content of 1.96%. The phosphorus content of the soil was 23.33 ppm and 25.0 ppm as shown by the Bray P2 method and the Olsen method of extraction, respectively. Cation exchange capacity was 19.23, 33.25 and 38.30 m/100g when pH of extracting solution was 4.8, 7.0 and 8.2 respectively
