Investigations on the influence of irrigation and mineral fertilization on the grain quality of wheat varieties were carried out in 1981-83. It has been found that irrigation improved milling properties but decrea1768sed protein content, wet gluten content and sedimentation value. Rheological features of dough and baking value of flour depended first of all on genotype of the varieties. It has been also found that irrigation and fertilization increased the yield of protein, flour and bread from hectare in relation to control samples. (Aut
