英语. A new biochemical and ecologically compatible method for the treatment of waste waters from olive processing is introduced. The new process aims to eliminate the fitotoxicity and the biotoxicty of the waste waters while maitaining approximately 80% of the organic content. This characteristic permits the reutilization of the treated waste waters for purposes of fertirrigation. The presence of two distinct classes of compounds in the waste waters of olive processing, a fito-and bio-toxic one, is demonstrated and discussed

Si introduce un nuovo metodo biochimico ecologicamente compatibile per il trattamento delle acque di vegetazione con lo scopo di eliminare sia la loro fitotossicita' mantenendo pero' intatto per circa l'80% il loro carico organico. Oltre l'ecocompatibilita' del processo si evidenzia che le acque di vegetazione cosi' trattate potranno essere riutilizzate nella fertirrigazione. Viene discussa e dimostrata la presenza di due classi distinte nelle acque di vegetazione: una fitotossica e l'altra biotossica
