Observations on uncastrated and castrated male lamas were made, comparing the location, shape and anatomical relationships of the masculine genital organs and their annexed glands. The seminal glands aren't developed, the prostata shows two prominent lobes on the dorsal part of urethra. Histological slides of this gland are being processed to search the existence or the inexistence of the disseminated portion from the mentioned gland. The penis is fibre-muscular as in ruminants and pigs, showing a preescrotal sigmoid flexure.
