Costing of crude palm oil heating in the settling tank

Of course, another qualification in view of the quality must be also considered, for instance the content of free fatty acid, water and muck. This study entitled "Costing of CPO heating in the settling tank" has an objectives to determine amount of temperature increment per degree C per ton in CPO and quantity of steam for heating. Observation method covers determination of sample, data and analysis. There are 64 units of tank, was determined 5 units of sample, namely the tanks by no. 48, 52, 53, 54 and 56. The kind of data are water, chemicals, propelant, electronics, maintenance of tools and machine, and man power. The result indicated that the cost for heating is Rp. 19,- per degree C per ton and the steam mass utilized is 1,926 kg per hour.

印度尼西亚. Untuk menjaga agar kualitas minyak kelapa sawit (CPO) tetap terjaga adalah dengan menjaga temperatur. Tentu, kualitas lainya perlu juga diperhatikan, misalnya kandungan asam lemak bebas, kandungan air dan kotoran. Pengamatan terhadap "Pembiayaan pemanasan CPO di tangki timbun", seperti pada judul, merupakan cara yang objektif dalam menentukan kebutuhan panas (derajat C) per ton CPO serta jumlah uap untuk pemanasan. Metoda pengamatan meliputi penentuan jumlah contoh dan analisa data. Dari 64 unit tangki diambil contoh 5 tangki, dengan nomor tangki 48, 52, 53, 54 dan 56. Parameter yang diamati adalah air, bahan kimia, bahan bakar, tenaga listrik, pemeliharaan alat dan mesin serta tenaga kerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa biaya untuk pemanasan adalah Rp. 19,- derajat C per ton dan massa uap yang digunakan adalah 1,926 kg per jam.
