Correlation between Xiphinema index and the grapevine fanleaf virus disease in vineyards of Castilla Leon (central Spain)

英语. An evaluation of virus disease in Castilla Leon (central Spain) vine growing areas is carried out. A total of 4,934 grapevine samples from 95 localities from the Origin Denomination of El Bierzo, Cigales, Ribera de Duero, Rueda and Toro and the specific denomination of Cebreros were analyzed for the presence of grapevine fanleaf virus (GFLV). The immunoenzymatic test ELISA was used for virus detection. Studies on correlation between virus presence and vector nematode Xiphinema index were carried out on a total of 110 soil samples taken around infected grapes roots. Results showed that GFLV was present in a 12.8% of samples with a 31% correlation of virus/vector

意大利语. [E' stato effettuata una valutazione della malattia virale nelle zone coltivate a vigneto della Castiglia Leon (Spagna centrale). Sono stati analizzati 4.934 campioni di vite di 95 localita' di denominazione d'origine El Bierzo, Cigales, Ribera de Duero, Rueda e Toro e di denominazione specifica Cebreros per studiare la presenza del virus che causa la degenerazione infettiva della vite (GFLV). Per l'individuazione del virus e' stato utilizzato il test immunoenzimatico ELISA. Sono stati effettuati studi sulla correlazione tra la presenza del virus e il nematode vettore Xiphinema index su un totale di 110 campioni di terreno estratti intorno a radici di viti infette.
