A research on comparison of the pollen quantity, recorded by a pollen trap, and the yield of species of economic interest, is carried out in the Department of Plant Biology with the aim to estimate, after some years, the future yield. Presso il Dipartimento di Biologia Vegetale di Perugia, e' stata avviata una ricerca sulla comparazione tra il dato pollinico fatto registrare da un campionatore e le quantita' di prodotto raccolto di determinate specie di interesse economico. Lo studio ha come obbiettivo, dopo un certo numero di anni, di creare un modello previsionale sulla quantita' potenziale di raccolto. In questo lavoro sono riportati i primi risultati su una specie, Olea europaea L., che e' presente in maniera considerevole nel nostro territorio
