Final report of the major review conducted within NSW Agriculture in 1991. The review aimed to clearly identify the legitimate future role and core business activities of NSW Agriculture; to analyse current programs with a view to improving their relevance in a changing environment; and to improve the organisation's structural, functional and operational efficiency. The report summarizes the decisions and actions taken by the Director General of NSW Agriculture in response to the findings of the review which involved all aspects of the Department.
