Effects of various densities of coral trout, Plectropomus maculatus larvae had been examined under laboratory condition. The study was conducted in 30 liter polycarbonate tanks using filtered seawater. The stocking density was 5, 10, 15, and 20 ind/liter. The larvae was fed with rotifer, Brachionus plicatilis at a density of 10 ind/liter. The results showed that the average survival rate was 15.0, 16.5, 15.5 and 16.5 percent for those stocked at density of 5, 10, 15, and 20, respectively. The average total length was 2.65, 2.66, 2.67, and 2.66 mm for those stocked at density of 5, 10, 15, and 20, respectively
