The project executed its activities under two major heads. These were: (a) The development and testing of Dairy Production models; (b) The relevant component activities to support and provide additional data for the production models. The production models being developed were. (i) Rotation grazing systems of improved pastures (E. pyramidalis) (ii) Cut and carry system of improved pastures (E.pyramidalis and Pennisetum purpureum)
