德语. Ein schwach und ein hochvirulentes Isolat von Leptosphaeria maculans, des Rauschbrand bei Raps erzeugenden Pilzes, werden mit Raps-Zellwand-Medium kultiviert. Beide Isolate produzieren Polygalakturonase, Xylamase, Carboxymethylcellulase und Arabinogalaktanase. Eine hohe beta-Galaktosidase und Xylosidase-Aktivitaet wird nachgewiesen. Das weniger virulente Isolat produzierte hoehere Werte an zellwandabbauenden Enzymen (zE) als das hochvirulente Isolat. Der Grad der Produktion von zE im Kulturfiltrat korreliert nicht mit der Virulenz der Isolate von Leptosphaeria maculans gegenueber Raps.
