Two new 6-alkylcoumarins, angelitriol 1. and angelol J 2., were isolated from the EtOAc-soluble fraction of the roots of Angelica pubescens Maxim f. biserrata Shan et Yuan. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidence. Both of them showed strong inhibitory effects on human platelet aggregation.
