This research was carried out to study the effects of Pseudomonas putida L27A4AI on a dynamic growth and nutrients uptake in the early growth of corn. The experiment was done both in the laboratory and greenhouse, which consist of: i. control, plant uninoculated, ii. plant inoculated by the wild type of Pseudomonas putida L27A4AI, and iii. plant inoculated with Rif strain of Pseudomonas putida L27A4AI. The experiment was conducted in unsterilized medium consisting of soil and sand mixture (1:1, weight), and arranged in completely randomized design with four replications. The shoot dry weight and nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn) uptake were measured every five days in the growth period from 10 up to 40 days after planting. The results showed that Pseudomonas putida L27A4AI succeed in adaptation in the corn rhizosphere in the period of 15-20 days after planting. During that period, the dry weight and nutrient uptake (except zinc), of corn inoculated by Pseudomonas putida L27A4AI, sharply increased when compared with the control. Mean while, nitrogen and phosphorus content in the treated plant increased gradually. Potassium, calcium, and magnesium content in the treated plant tissue was higher than those of the control. Those nutrients had a critical point at 20-25 days after planting, while micronutrients, i.e. mangan and copper had a critical point at 25 days after planting. The critical point was a growth phase, in which the plant obtained beneficial effects due to the inoculation treatments. The critical point of iron was 15 days after planting and was faster than others due to the siderophor secretion of microorganisms. Iron-siderophor complexes are usually easier to be absorbed by plant. Population of Pseudomonas putida L27A4AI increased 10-26 percent of the shoot dry weight of corn with concomitant increase in nutrient uptake by 8-60 percent
