The thesis reflects the greatest tragedies of Cambodia for the lost 30 years in turbulent time leading the farmers to get involved in non sustainable agricultural practices, which bring them into a cycle of more dependency on pesticides and fertilizers (agricultural chemecal products) than before in market economy system and without proper regulation the imported pesticides were sold at very low prices that many unskilled farmers misused into improvement of their production, this case created the awareness about this complex and residious problem and how to stop this bad practice before it is too late
