Objective of this study was to investigate the hatching rate of green turtle (Chelonia mydas L.) eggs due to transportation in different media. The investigation has been carried out for 2 month period using 3 kinds of media: sand, husk, and rice bran. There were 9 boxes of (30x30x30) cubic cm have been used during transportation, each contained of 50 eggs. After transportation the study was continued by hatching the eggs in laboratory using 9 incubation boxes of (40x40x80) cubic cm, heated with 25 watt of lamp. The result of this study showed that the incubation period was about 53-58 days, and the hatching rate in sand, husk, and rice bran media were 90.12 percent, 70.93 percent and 0 percent respectively. The temperature of sand, husk and rice bran media during transportation were 25.5-30.5 deg. C, 26.5-31.5 deg. C, and 33.5-36.5 deg. C respectively. During incubation period in laboratory, the media temperature was controlled to about 30-40 deg. C
