There is a high water deficit in some Arab countries which led to studies in water conservation in underground layers. The studies must includes the economical feasibility, economical assessment, budgets, and most suitable place. The choice shall be between infiltration basins, dikes or injection wells. After completion of these items, a draft design must be established by land studies and mathematical models
