英语. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of combination between soil structures and nitrogen doses on the yield and its components. The treatments consisted of three soil structure: loose (O), Block (B) and alternate between loose and compact (G) and five doses of nitrogen ranging from 0 to 200 kg/ha which were tested at TASS2, TASS3 and TASS4. Results showed that soil structure influenced nitrogen absorption and yield mainly through grain number/square meter. The soil structure effect depends greatly on the climate. This study proved that carbon isotopic composition delta 13C related greatly to the carbon and water nutrition of the plant, therefore it can be used as an indicator of water deficit

Ada tiga struktur tanah yang digunakan, remah (O), bongkah (B) dan berseling antara remah dan padat (G) serta lima takaran nitrogen yang diterapkan dari 0 sampai 200 kg/ha dan diuji pada lokasi TASS2, TASS3 dan TASS4. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa struktur tanah berpengaruh terhadap serapan nitrogen dan hasil tanaman terutama melalui komponen jumlah biji/meter persegi. Pengaruh struktur tanah ini sangat bergantung pada musim. Percobaan ini dapat membuktikan dengan baik bahwa komposisi isotop delta 13C berhubungan erat dengan nutrisi karbon dan air tanaman oleh karenanya indikator yang baik bagi defisit air
