[Agrarian reform [in Ukraine]: on the threshold of restructurization]

The article deals with the land reform in the field of agricultural production in Ukraine. At present there are two approaches in the country to its realization. The first is in directive definition of the land relation character and the second is in self-definition of peasants regarding land ownership. The second approach is believed to be more corresponding to the principles of a democratic law state. At present in Ukraine the first stage of the land reform, which can be called by convention as privatization one, is over. The peasants are on the threshold of choosing the form of land ownership. In the article the ways for using peasants'land shares are stated and a brief analysis of land ownership forms in the world is presented. The main attention is given to private-leasing enterprises. Their economic, social and social-political advantages are considered
