[Special features of phytohormonal status of wheat and phytopathogenic fungi of the genus Septoria Sacc.]

The research is aimed at the study of phytohormonal status of wheat and pathogenic fungi Septoria nodorum (Leptosphaeria nodorum) and S. tritici (Mycosphaerella graminicola) and revealing a role of phytohormones in pathogenesis. The rules of changing the wheats' phytohormonal balance under the influence of biotic stress factors are found. The significant discrepancies in quantitative ratio of phytohormones in wheat varieties that differ by resistance to the diseases. These features can be used for assessment of the resistance to Septoria-caused diseases
