[Yield formation in spring barley in dependence on hydrothermic conditions]

The paper deals with the formation of yield parameters in spring barley cv. Rubin and lines BR 1117 and KM-1771. Both lines under study showed lower values of the following parameters: yield, emergence rate, number of ears per sq. m., number of grains per ear, weight of 1,000 grains and harvest indexes. The highest yields of barley grain were obtained when using traditional methods and after sugar beet as preceding crop.
