Anthocyanin dye and condensed juice were used in these investigstions as antioxidants. The aim of this study was to estimate the effect of these antioxidants on biochemical exponents of oxidation processes taking place in animals irradiated with gamma-rays. Both anthocyanin dye and condensed aronia juice were administered to the animals that absorbed a 4.0 Gy dose
