Basic equipment for design and technology for the pre-school children

In the process of craft or the co - called working and/or technical education children get to know different materials, tools, appliances and processing techniques - they ascertain, test, assemble, take products to pieces, construct, compare and evaluate, thus acquiring skills, working habits, experience and creative abilities. All these activities, however, require special basic equipment, tools and appliances. This kind of equipment was developed in the department for production and/or technical education at the Pedagogical Faculty in Maribor and is now being tested in form of action research in experiment room for pre-school techniques.
