Pea seeds of Mazurek in pig fattening

The experiment was conducted on 20 fattening pigs. In the experimental period their body weight increased from 28 to 98 kg. The animals received complete feeds containing: pea seeds of Mazurek cv. (15 percent) and soybean oil meal (7 percent) or rapeseed oil meal (11 percent) and pea seeds only (40 percent) as the basic source protein. The effect of an addition of an enzymatic preparation Roxazyme to the feed containing 40 percent of pea seeds on the results of fattening was analysed
