The total of 138 sows and 50 gilts were inseminated in the experiment. Among them, 69 sows and 35 gilts were inseminated using synthetic seminal plasma PREDIL-MRA. The application of synthetic seminal plasma to sows and gilts increased the fertilization ability of semen and improved the litter traits subjected to evaluation. A significant increase was noted in the number of weanners increased by 0.91 in sows and 0.87 in gilts. The use of PREDIL resulted in a significant increase in the litter weight at birth and piglet weaning: by 0.93 kg and 4.97 kg in sows and by 1.47 kg and 4.45 kg in gilts. In the 21-day rearing period, a significantly lower level of piglet mortality was observed in sows only
