Reaction of woods in changes of nitrogen in two kinds of soil

The function of woods localized on two different kinds of soil: mineral and mineral-organic was investigated by the analysis of the total nitrogen and changes in the activity of urease. It was shown that the kind of soil influences the direction of changes in nitrogen compounds in the soils. In mineral soils, as opposed to mineral-organic soils the decrease of the total nitrogen content and urease activity was observed
