The effect of growth regulators and increasing levels of nitrogen fertilization on the content, accumulation and distribution of phosphorus and potassium in spring wheat organs was analysed. The phosphorus content of spring wheat depended on the above factors to a low degree only. The potassium content was increasing proportionally to nitrogen doses, and in vegetative organs it was also modified by the bioregulators examined. The growth regulators used in the experiment increased phosphorus and potassium uptake, but at the same time decreased the accumulation of these elements in grain. They reduced phosphorus and potassium remobilization in vegetative organs, and limited their translocation to grain. Growing nitrogen doses caqused an increase in the total uptake of phosphorus and potassium, but only the lowest rate allowed to increase their accumulation in grain
