Whole and two lateral band distribution tests of organic fertilizers [Emilia-Romagna]

英语. The study reports the results obtained in trials carried out with a prototype machine for organic fertilizers distribution. A twin-disc rotating distribution system, whose speed discs and drop point can be regulated, characterizes the machine. The discs also have two variable deflectors that distribute the fertilizer either on the whole field or on two lateral bands. Four organic fertilizers obtained by composting organic products of different origin (agricultural, urban and industrial) and different chemical, physical and mechanical properties were tested. The results demonstrate the importance of regulating the machine and the possibility of obtaining sufficient uniformity also with fertilizers having a high moisture content or a limited composting

La macchina e' caratterizzata da un sistema di distribuzione bidisco, con possibilita' di regolazione della velocita' dei dischi e della loro posizione lungo l'asse longitudinale. I dischi possiedono pure due deflettori variabili che distribuiscono il concime sia sull'intera superficie, sia su due bande laterali. Sono stati provati quattro concimi organici ottenuti dal compostaggio di prodotti organici di origine diversa (agricola, urbana e industriale) e con caratteristiche chimiche, fisiche e meccaniche differenti.
