Determination of Quality Criteria according to the Konya Subregions of the Wheat Species Received in the Trade Bond

This research has been carried out in order to determine changes by years and sub-regions in bread wheat and durum wheat, produced in the province of Konya and traded at commodity exchange, in terms of physical and chemical criteria. In the research, quality features with regard to humidity rate, hectolitre mass, rate of broken grains, rate of weak grains, rate of blackpoint, rate of sunn pest and wheat bug damages, foreign substance rate and protein rate of wheat produced in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 have been examined by years and by 5 sub-regions and according to findings; of the bread wheat produced in Konya, humidity rate has changed between 9.64%-10.28% by years, hectolitre mass has changed between 78.95-79.92 kg/hl, rate of broken grains has changed between 3.21-3.96%, rate of weak grains has changed between 2.272.94%, rate of grains with blackpoint kernel ratio has changed between 0.72 - 4.94%, rate of sunn pest and wheat bug damages has changed between 0.97-1.48%, foreign substance rate has changed between 4.045.53% and protein content has changed between 10.88 - 12.87%. Humidity rate of durum wheat has changed between 8.91-9.71%, hectolitre mass has changed between 78.70-80.81 kg/hl, rate of broken grains has changed between 5.22-7.44%, rate of weak grains has changed between 1.34-2.17%, rate of grains with blackpointkernelhas changed between 1.03-9.02%, rate of sunn pest and wheat bug damages has changed between 1.15-1.68%, foreign substance rate has changed between 3.74-6.10% and protein content has changed between 10.58-12.89%.
