In this study, five durum wheat cultivar was in Southeastern Anatolia Region, and the yield performance, stability and various environmental interactions of these cultivars were evaluated in two different environmental conditions. The trials were implemented in respect to a integrate arrangement complex style with four replications in irrigation conditions. The AMMI (Additive main effects and multiplicative interaction) analysis was made to estimate grain yield and understand G × E interaction patterns. Analysis indicated that the major contributions to treatment sum of squares were environments (91.20%), cultivars (4.68%), and GE (4.18%) respectively; suggesting that grain yield of genotypes was effected environmental conditions. The effects of PCA 1and PCA 2 (Base Component Analysis) were found to be 54.08% and 45.92%, respectively, in various environmental interactions. According to AMMI analysis results and stability values, Fuatbey-2000 variety was found to be highly efficient, Saricanak-98 variety was found to be both stable and high efficiency and Vitrico variety (abroad registered) was found to be love efficiency as mean yield, but stable. In addition, it was understood that Sanliurfa location environmental conditions where the study was carried out have high yield potential (8389 kg/ha), while Diyarbakır with low yield potential (4874 kg/ha). According to the results of the research, it is understood that the Vitrico variety has higher yield potential than the two existing varieties, but have lower than two other varieties, but it is more stable than existing varieties except Saricanak-98 in two different ecological conditions. Vitrico variety candidate is not satisfactory for grain yield, so the final decision on the registration of this kind of candidate has been made after the necessary researches on the quality criteria.
