The complex of mycotoxins in oilseed rape and turnip rape during spring and summer seasons | Комплекс микотоксинов в растениях рапса и сурепицы в весенне-летний период

英语. Oilseed crops rape and turnip are widely used to produce seeds and herbage. The aim of the work was mycotoxicological examination of winter turnip Brassica campestris fr. biennis and winter and spring rape Brassica napus L. ssp. oleifera (Metzg.) Sinsk in the spring-summer growth period - from the rosette phase to the completion of budding, as well as in vegetative and generative organs of plants during flowering and formation of siliques. Objects of research are vegetating plants from experimental plots of the Federal Scientific Center for Fodder Production and Agroecology named after V.R. Williams. The contents of T-2 toxin (T-2), deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone (ZEN), fumonisins of group B (FUM), ergot alkaloids (EA), alternariol (AOL), roridin A (ROA), aflatoxin B1 (AB1), sterigmatocystin (STE), cyclopiazonic acid (CPA), emodin (EMO), ochratoxin A (OA), citrinin (CIT), mycophenolic acid (MPA), PR-toxin (PR) were determined according to a unified methodology (GOST31653-2012. M., 2012) using a panel of 15 certified commercial and research enzyme immunoassay test systems. In the entire sample of samples, 14 mycotoxins out of 15 were detected, ROA was not detected. In winter crops in the rosette-shooting phases, EA, AOL, CPA and EMO were detected in terms of the samples with the values located near the limits of the method definition, in the budding phase, an increase in the accumulation of EA, AOL, CPA was observed with cases of detection of EMO, AB1, STE, OA, MPA and the appearance of fusariotoxins ZEN, FUM. Spring oilseed rape was less contaminated than the winter form. During flowering and maturation of fruits, plants showed common patterns of the distribution of mycotoxins by organs: a greater accumulation in leaves compared to stems and a decrease in the content in ripening siliques. In the flowers of all crops, frequent contamination of MPA was detected, and, as a rule, in combination with EMO, and mycotoxins were found in winter crops that were absent during the initial growth period (CIT, PR, T-2, and DON).

俄语. Масличные культуры рапс и сурепица используются для получения семян и зеленой массы. Цель работы - микотоксикологическое обследование озимой сурепицы Brassica campestris fr. biennis, озимого и ярового рапса Brassica napus L. ssp. oleifera (Metzg.) Sinsk в весенне-летний период роста (от фазы розетки до завершения бутонизации), а также вегетативных и генеративных органов этих растений в фазы цветения и формирования стручков. Объекты исследования: вегетирующие растения с опытных участков Федерального научного центра кормопроизводства и агроэкологии им. В.Р. Вильямса. Содержание Т-2 токсина (Т-2), дезоксиниваленола (ДОН), зеараленона (ЗЕН), фумонизинов группы В (ФУМ), эргоалкалоидов (ЭА), альтернариола (АОЛ), роридина А (РОА), афлатоксина В1 (АВ1), стеригматоцистина (СТЕ), циклопиазоновой кислоты (ЦПК), эмодина (ЭМО), охратоксина А (ОА), цитринина (ЦИТ), микофеноловой кислоты (МФК), PR-токсина (PR) определяли по унифицированной методике (ГОСТ 31653-2012. М., 2012) c помощью панели из 15 аттестованных коммерческих и исследовательских иммуноферментных тест-систем. Во всей выборке образцов были обнаружены 14 микотоксинов из 15, РОА выявлен не был. У озимых культур в фазы розетка-стеблевание в части образцов были детектированы ЭА, АОЛ, ЦПК и ЭМО со значениями, находящимися у пределов определения метода, в фазу бутонизации наблюдалось возрастание накопления ЭА, АОЛ, ЦПК, а также отмечались случаи обнаружения ЭМО, АВ1, СТЕ, ОА, МФК и появление фузариотоксинов ЗЕН, ФУМ. Яровой рапс был контаминирован слабее, чем озимый. В период цветения и созревания плодов у растений отмечались общие признаки в распределении микотоксинов по органам: большее накопление в листьях в сравнении со стеблями и понижение содержания в созревающих стручках. В цветках у всех культур была выявлена частая контаминация МФК, как правило, в сочетании с ЭМО, а у озимых обнаружены микотоксины, отсутствовавшие в начальный период роста, - ЦИТ, PR, Т-2 и ДОН.
