The role of immunocorrection in the prevention and treatment of cow mastitis | Роль иммунокоррекции в профилактике и лечении мастита коров

英语. The aim of the research was to determine the feasibility of using immunostimulants in the prevention and treatment of cows' mastitis. The work was carried out using biopreparations Prevention-N-E and Prevention-N-B-S, as well as the homeopathic drug Mastinol in the form of a solution for injection. The objects of the study were Black-and-White cows in dry periods (45 days before calving) and 3-5 days after calving. 4 groups of animals were formed, 10 heads in each: 1 (Prevention-N-E was used), 2 (Prevention-N-B-S), 3 (Mastinol) and 4th control group (drugs were not used). Prevention-N-B-S showed the greatest preventive effect, however, this difference with Prevention-N-E was insignificant (P more than 0.05). It is noteworthy that only in the 2nd experimental group, cows with clinical mastitis were not detected both before and after calving. Treatment of cows whose mastitis prevention by using immunostimulants proved ineffective was carried out in the 1st and 3rd experimental groups. The therapy of cows with mastitis has shown that the cows of the 1st experimental group, treated with Prevention-N-E, recovered after 4±0.08 days, which is by 7±0.52 days less than in the 3rd experimental group, where Mastinol was used. Atrophy of the udder lobe was observed in one cow in the 3-d experimental group. It was found that the treatment of cows' mastitis with Prevention-N-E was more effective than with the homeopathic drug Mastinol. The results of this study have shown that the use of immunostimulants in the prevention and treatment of cows' mastitis is advisable. Thus, the most pronounced relevant effect among the tested biopreparations, Prevention-N-B-S demonstrated in the prevention of cows' mastitis, and Prevention-N-E - in the mastitis treatment.

俄语. Цель исследований - определение целесообразности применения иммуностимуляторов при профилактике и лечении мастита коров. Работа проводилась с использованием биопрепаратов Prevention-N-Е и Prevention-N-В-S, а также гомеопатического лекарственного препарата Мастинол в форме раствора для инъекций. Объектами исследования были коровы черно-пестрой породы в периодах сухостоя (за 45 дней до отела) и через 3-5 дней после отела. Было сформировано 4 группы животных по 10 гол в каждой: 1 (применяли Prevention-N-E), 2 (Prevention-N-B-S), 3 (Мастинол) и 4-я контрольная (препараты не использовали). Наибольший профилактический эффект показал Prevention-N-B-S, однако разница с препаратом Prevention-N-Е была незначительной (Р больше 0,05). Примечательно, что только во 2-й опытной группе больных клиническим маститом коров не выявлено как до, так и после отела. Лечение коров, профилактика мастита у которых с использованием иммуностимуляторов оказалась неэффективной, проводили в 1-й и 3-й опытных группах. Терапия больных маститом коров показала, что выздоровление коровы 1-й опытной группы, лечение которой проводилось Prevention-N-Е, произошло через 4±0,08 сут., что на 7±0,52 сут. меньше, чем в 3-й опытной группе, где применялся Мастинол. Атрофия доли вымени наблюдалась у одной коровы в 3-й опытной группе. Установлено, что лечение мастита коров биопрепаратом Prevention-N-E было эффективнее, чем гомеопатическим препаратом Мастинол. Результаты исследования показали целесообразность применения иммуностимуляторов в профилактике и лечении мастита коров. Так, при профилактике мастита коров наиболее выраженный соответствующий эффект из числа испытанных биопрепаратов продемонстрировал Prevention-N-B-S, а при лечении мастита – Prevention-N-E.
