Using the method of fractal analysis and the neural network calculation of microbial community bioconsolidation indices (MCBI), the change in the taxonomic structure of the bacterial consortium of the rhizosphere of the pot marigold Geisha variety was estimated. The plants were grown for 50 days on soddy-podzolic soil contaminated with copper and/or treated with humic acids (HA). The data on the taxonomic structure of bacterial communities were obtained by isolation of total DNA and its PCR analysis followed by pyrosequencing. In the microbial community, bacteria from the phyla Proteobacteria (47.5%), Bacteroidetes (13.4%), Actinobacteria (10.4%), Acidobacteria (15.3%), Planctomycetes (3.6%), Verrucomicrobia (2.8%), Firmicutes (1.0%), Gemmatimonadetes (2.8%), Cyanobacteria (1.3%), Chloroflexi (0.6%), Nitrospirae (0.3%) and Archaea from the phylum Thaumarchaeota (0.8%) dominated. The unclassified types were less than 3.5%. The MCBI has been calculated by series of numbers of bacterial taxons at the family level of 62.6% of unclassified taxons. The toxic effect of copper (450 mg/kg) inhibited plant growth and reduced the level of system self-organization to fractal indices of 0.05; 0.3 and 0.19 (in the control they were 0.12; 0.36 and 0.21). A single introduction of HA into the nutrient medium at a dose of 0.01% by 13% increased the total plant biomass, but didn't affect significantly on the structural consolidation of the bacterial microbiota of the root zone (indices 0.08, 0.39 and 0.20). The co-application of copper and HA leveled the negative influence of copper ions in the soil and increased the MCBI up to 0.14; 0.41 and 0.23. Probably, an increase in the MCBI is associated with that HA able to maintain a sufficient level of nutrition of bacterial cells in the presence of an external stimulus. After the abiotic stress is removed, the growth and sorption activity of microbes is activated, the colonization of the root system increases, which leads to the restoration of rhizogenesis and accelerated plant development. It is concluded that HA positively affect this plant-microbial system only under the condition of metal-induced stress.

Методом фрактального анализа и нейросетевого расчета индексов биоконсолидации микробных сообществ (ИБМС) оценивали изменения таксономической структуры бактериального консорциума ризосферы календулы лекарственной сорта Гейша. Растения выращивали в течение 50 сут на дерново-подзолистой почве, загрязненной медью и/или обработанной гуминовыми кислотами (ГК). Данные о таксономической структуре бактериальных сообществ получали выделением тотальной ДНК и ее ПЦР анализом с последующем пиросеквенированием. В микробном сообществе доминировали бактерии из фил Proteobacteria (47,5%), Bacteroidetes (13,4%), Actinobacteria (10,4%), Acidobacteria (15,3%), Planctomycetes (3,6%), Verrucomicrobia (2,8%), Firmicutes (1,0%), Gemmatimonadetes (2,8%), Cyanobacteria (1,3%), Chloroflexi (0,6%), Nitrospirae (0,3%) и археи из филы Thaumarchaeota (0,8%). Неклассифицированных типов было менее 3,5%. ИБМС рассчитан по ряду чисел бактериальных таксонов на уровне семейств (62,6% неклассифицированных таксонов). Токсичное влияние меди (450 мг/кг) ингибировало рост растений и снижало уровень самоорганизации системы до значений фрактальных индексов 0,05; 0,30 и 0,19 (в контроле - 0,12; 0,36 и 0,21). Одиночная интродукция в питательную среду ГК в дозе 0,01% на 13% увеличила общую биомассу растений, но не повлияла существенно на структурную консолидацию бактериальной микробиоты прикорневой зоны (индексы 0,08; 0,39 и 0,20). Совместное внесение меди и ГК нивелировало негативное влияние ионов меди в почве и увеличило ИБМС до 0,14; 0,41 и 0,23. Вероятно, повышение ИБМС связано с тем, что ГК способны поддержать достаточный уровень питания бактериальных клеток в присутствии внешнего раздражителя. После снятия абиотического стресса активизируется рост и сорбционная активность микробов, усиливается колонизация корневой системы, что приводит к восстановлению ризогенеза и ускоренному развитию растений. Сделан вывод, что ГК положительно действуют на данную растительно-микробную систему только при условии металл-индуцированного стресса.
