Prospects for the use of Chaetomium globosum as an agent for the biocontrol of fungal diseases of potato and tomato | Перспективы использования Chaetomium globosum в качестве агента биоконтроля грибных болезней картофеля и томата

英语. Fungi of the genus Chaetomium have a high potential in the development of preparations for the biocontrol of dangerous plant pathogens. In China and Thailand, Chaetomium is incorporated into the Ketomium biofungicide, but preparations based on these types of fungi are not used in Russia. The work results show high antagonistic activity of the C. globosum 18KVTF3-1 strain isolated in the Krasnodar region against important pathogens of potato and tomato plants, such as Colletotrichum coccodes, C. nigrum, Fusarium equiseti, F. irregulare, F. oxysporum, Alternaria alternata, A. linariae, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora infestans. C. globosum inhibited the growth of all studied strains. The study by the method of counter cultures showed that when grown together with the strain 18KVTF3-1, the growth of all studied strains was inhibited by 30-76%, depending on the species. The culture liquid of C. globosum 18KVTF3-1 inhibited the growth of Pseudomonas sp. but did not affect the growth of Pectobacterium atrosepticum. The conducted studies show that the C. globosum 18KVTF3-1 strain is promising for use as a biocontrol agent for fungal diseases of potatoes and tomatoes.

俄语. Грибы рода Chaetomium отличаются высоким потенциалом для создания препаратов биоконтроля опасных растительных патогенов. В Китае и Таиланде Chaetomium входит в состав биофунгицида Кетомиум, на территории России препараты на основе этих видов грибов не зарегистрированы. В работе показана высокая антагонистическая активность выделенного в Краснодарском крае штамма C. globosum 18KVTF3-1 против значимых патогенов растений картофеля и томата: Colletotrichum coccodes, C. nigrum, Fusarium equiseti, F. irregulare, F. oxysporum, Alternaria alternata, A. linariae, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora infestans. Исследование методом встречных культур показало, что при совместном выращивании со штаммом 18KVTF3-1 рост всех изученных штаммов ингибировался на 30-76% в зависимости от видовой принадлежности. Культуральная жидкость C. globosum 18KVTF3-1 ингибировала рост бактерии Pseudomonas sp., но не влияла на рост Pectobacterium atrosepticum. Проведенные исследования показывают, что штамм C. globosum 18KVTF3-1 перспективен для использования в качестве агента биоконтроля грибных болезней картофеля и томата.
