Preserving of the aggressiveness of strains of fungi from a genus Fusarium infecting sunflower in a culture on the different substrates and temperature regimen | Сохранение агрессивности штаммов грибов из рода Fusarium, поражающих подсолнечник, в культуре на разных субстратах и температурных режимах

英语. Species of Fusarium Link. genus are the most spread fungi infecting different crops including sunflower. Breeding for the resistance promotes the decrease in spreading and development of diseases but to choose breeding material it is necessary to use the most aggressive strains of pathogen. The purpose of the research was to conduct a comparative analysis of aggressiveness preserving in strains of two Fusarium species infecting sunflower in a pure culture on the different vegetal substrates. The object of the research was species F. sporotrichioides Sherb. and F. oxysporum (Schlecht.) Snyd. et Hans. var. orthoceras (Appl. et Wr.) Bilai isolated from the infected sunflower roots. There is presented a range of variability of these strains aggressiveness cultured on sterile sunflower seeds, husks, and fragments of plants at storage temperatures of +4 deg. C and +22–28 deg. C for five months. When strains of both species were cultured at a temperature of +22–28 deg. C on seeds, the significant decrease of the aggressiveness was stated on the third storage month, and on husks – on the forth one. At lowered temperature of +4 deg. C, the aggressiveness of F. sporotrichioides was decreasing insignificantly on sunflower stems and husks for five months; the important decrease of the aggressiveness of F. oxysporum var. orthoceras was stated on the fourth month. We estimated the more aggressive species F. sporotrichioides maintain the high aggressiveness during longer time (five month) than F. oxysporum var. orthoceras.

俄语. Виды рода Fusarium Link. являются наиболее распространенными грибами, поражающими с.-х. культуры, в том числе и подсолнечник. Селекция на устойчивость способствует снижению распространения и развития болезней, но для отбора селекционного материала необходимо применять наиболее агрессивные штаммы патогенов. Цель исследований - провести сравнительный анализ сохранения в чистой культуре на разных растительных субстратах и при разных температурных режимах агрессивности штаммов двух видов грибов из рода Fusarium, поражающих подсолнечник. Материалом исследований служили виды F. sporotrichioides Sherb. и F. oxysporum (Schlecht.) Snyd. et Hans. var. orthoceras (Appl. et Wr.) Bilai., выделенные из пораженных фузариозом корней подсолнечника. Представлена амплитуда изменчивости агрессивности штаммов указанных видов грибов при температуре хранения +4 град. С и +22–28 град. С на стерильных семянках, лузге и фрагментах стеблей подсолнечника в течение 5 мес. При хранении штаммов обоих видов гриба при температуре +22–28 град. С на семянках существенное снижение агрессивности отмечено на 3-й, а на лузге - на 4-й месяц. При пониженной температуре хранения +4 град. С агрессивность F. sporotrichioides в течение 5 мес. незначительно снижалась на фрагментах стеблей и лузге подсолнечника, у F. oxysporum var. orthoceras существенное снижение выявлено на 4-й месяц. Установлено, что более агрессивный вид F. sporotrichioides сохраняет высокую агрессивность на протяжении более длительного периода времени (5 мес.), чем F. oxysporum var. orthoceras.
