At the end of 2021, Sojaprotein DOO becomes a very important member of the ADM family. ADM is a global leader in nutrition and agricultural origination and processing. The modern technology of soybean processing at the Sojaprotein factory enables the offer of various soy products, which are widely used in the food industry, where their functional properties are used and increases the nutritional value of finished products. The paper will discuss the process of extruding soy protein concentrate.
