The positive effects of using biopesticides during the plant production, represent a valuable advantage over the use of synthetic preparations in order to protect agricultural crops. Accordingly, the aim of the research is to define the investment and analytical calculation of the production of biopesticides in the Republic of Serbia. The results presented in this paper indicate that the cost price of 1 liter of biopesticide is 1.06 EUR. The total investment necessary for the adaptation of the laboratory and equipment needed for the production of the projected 500,000 liters of biopesticides amounts to EUR 715,000.0. On the other hand, the total annual investments in the production process amount to EUR 528,095.2. The production of biopesticides in industrial conditions can be considered economically profitable.
