Potential yield of hard winter wheat variety and justification of possibility of its cultivation in conditions of the Central Chernozem Region | Потенциальная урожайность твердой озимой пшеницы и возможность ее возделывания в условиях ЦЧР

英语. There are presented the results of studies showing the possibility of hard and soft winter wheat cultivation in conditions of the Voronezh region. According to statistics for 2019, winter wheat occupies a leading place in the structure of the sown areas in the Russian Federation (19.8%) in general and the Voronezh region (28.6%) in particular, while the share of soft wheat in the Central Chernozem Region (CChR) exceeds the share of hard wheat. Peculiar features of hard winter wheat cultivation are rather poorly studied, despite the fact that this crop is in demand, since high-quality pasta, as well as bulgur and couscous is produced from only hard winter wheat varieties. According to the Central Chernozem Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring data, there is a sufficient amount of radiation resources on the territory of the CChR, i.e. from 2.2 to 3.5 billion kcal/ha. The calculation of the potential yield of winter wheat in conditions of the Voronezh region showed that when photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) of 115.5 kJ/cm2 the hard winter wheat crop productivity can be from 54.2 c/ha (at PAR efficiency of 2%) to 81.3 c/ha (at PAR efficiency of 3%), soft winter wheat can be from 60.2 to 90.2 c/ha, respectively. However, the actual productivity of hard winter wheat is significantly lower because it is less plastic to environmental conditions and more dependent on weather conditions (compared with soft wheat). According to the results of the research conducted on the territory of "Agrotechnologia" Scientific Educational and Technological Center of the Voronezh State Agrarian University, on average for 2005/2006-2020/2021 the yield of hard and soft winter wheat was 37.6 and 44.6 c/ha, respectively. Only in 2008 the yield was proximal to the potential (hard wheat was 69.1 c/ha and soft wheat was 71.8 c/ha). It is shown that in order to form a potential yield, it is necessary to optimize all factors of plant life, including creating a favorable ecological regime, increasing the intensity and productivity of photosynthesis.

俄语. Представлены результаты исследований, показывающие возможность возделывания в Воронежской области озимой твердой и мягкой пшеницы. По статистическим данным за 2019 г., озимая пшеница занимает ведущее место в структуре посевных площадей РФ (19,8%) в целом и Воронежской области (28,6%) в частности, при этом в ЦЧР доля мягкой пшеницы превышает долю твердой. Особенности выращивания твердой озимой пшеницы малоизучены, несмотря на то что эта культура высоко востребована, так как только из сортов твердой пшеницы производят высококачественные макаронные изделия, а также булгур и кус-кус. По данным Центрально-Черноземного управления по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу окружающей среды, на территории ЦЧР достаточное количество радиационных ресурсов – от 2,2 до 3,5 млрд ккал/га. Расчет потенциально возможной урожайности в условиях Воронежской области показал, что при приходе фотосинтетической активной радиации (ФАР) 115,5 кДж/см2 урожайность твердой пшеницы может достигать от 54,2 ц/га (при КПД ФАР 2%) до 81,3 ц/га (при КПД ФАР 3%), мягкой – соответственно от 60,2 до 90,2 ц/га. Однако фактическая продуктивность твердой озимой пшеницы значительно ниже в связи с тем, что она менее пластична к условиям внешней среды и в большей степени зависит от погодных условий (по сравнению с мягкой пшеницей). По результатам исследований, проводимых на территории УНТЦ "Агротехнология" Воронежского ГАУ, в среднем за 2005/2006–2020/2021 гг. урожайность твердой озимой пшеницы составила 37,6 ц/га, мягкой – 44,6 ц/га, и только в 2008 г. была получена урожайность, близкая к потенциально возможной (твердая пшеница – 69,1 ц/га, мягкая – 71,8 ц/га). Показано, что для формирования потенциально возможной урожайности необходимо оптимизировать все факторы жизни растений, в том числе создать благоприятный экологический режим, повысить интенсивность и продуктивность фотосинтеза.
