Apoyo técnico en los procesos de tratamiento de agua y certificación de sistema de gestión de la calidad de la empresa integral de aguas S.A.S | Technical support in water treatment processes and certification of the quality management system of the Integral De Aguas S.A.S Company

Este artículo presenta los resultados obtenidos a partir de las actividades realizadas entorno al desarrollo de las pasantías llevadas a cabo en la empresa Integral de Aguas S.A.S., la cual se dedica a proveer soluciones integrales en el tratamiento de agua potable, residual, industriales y urbanas. El apoyo se realizó en dos fases, la primera se desarrolló en una planta de tratamiento de uno de los clientes de la empresa, reconocido por ser una multinacional en la producción y comercialización de alimentos concentrados Italcol S.A., quienes cuentan con un sistema de tratamiento de agua residual doméstica y lluvia. La segunda se llevó a cabo en laboratorio, realizando los análisis correspondientes a depósitos de agua industrial, residual y potable, además de hacer seguimiento al proceso del laboratorio, con el manejo de los equipos y reactivos. En torno al proceso de certificación de sistemas de calidad de la empresa, se brindó apoyo en cuanto la estandarización de los manuales de laboratorio, la identificación de procesos del mismo y la elaboración de algunos manuales de la parte operativa de la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos en este trabajo, fueron a partir del reconocimiento de cada uno de los ambientes en los cuales se desarrollaron las actividades, mediante una caracterización de los componentes que lo conforman; también se presentan los registros correspondientes a pruebas de tratabilidad,dosificaciones,análisis de calidad del agua y una síntesis en cuanto al desempeño de las actividades inherentes a cada fase.

This article presents the results obtained from the activities carried out around the development of the internships carried out in the company Integral de Aguas SAS, which is dedicated to providing integral solutions in the treatment of drinking water, waste, industrial and urban. The support was carried out in two phases; the first one was developed in a treatment plant of one of the company's clients, recognized as a multinational in the production and commercialization of concentrated foods Italcol SA, who have a waste treatment system domestic wastewater and rain. The second was carried out in the laboratory, carrying out the analyzes corresponding to industrial, residual and potable water tanks, in addition to monitoring the laboratory process, with the management of equipment and reagents. Around the process of certification of quality systems of the company, support was provided regarding the standardization of laboratory manuals, the identification of processes thereof and the preparation of some manuals of the operational part of the company. The results obtained in this work were based on the recognition of each of the environments in which the activities were developed, through a characterization of the components that comprise it; the records corresponding to treatability tests, dosages, water quality analysis and a synthesis regarding the performance of the activities inherent to each phase are also presented.
