Problems and priority directions of development enterprises of production and processing of fruit and berry products | Проблемы и приоритетные направления развития предприятий производства и переработки плодово-ягодной продукции

There were determined priorities and loading points on the part of state bodies and heads of fruit subcomplex enterprises in ensuring the efficiency of fruit and berry production, as well as reducing dependence on imports of agrochemicals, agricultural machinery and technologies. The analysis of the industry state conducted according to data for 2015-2021 revealed structural problems. The Russia's share in the global fruit and berry production is only 0.4%. In the production output within Russia, the maximum share of 64.1% is occupied by households of the population. The share of agricultural organizations is 31.1%. The ways of increasing the competitiveness of the fruit subsector are determined. These are the restoration of specialized agricultural organizations, the development of consumer cooperation and agro-industrial integration, the widespread introduction of innovations in production, the restoration of the processing industry, and the strengthening of state support. The implementation of the proposed measures will ensure the growth of fruit and berry production and support the domestic demand for it, activate investment and innovation activities. Adapting the industry to changing economic conditions will increase the level of food security of the country.

Определяли приоритеты и точки приложения усилий со стороны государственных органов и руководителей предприятий плодового подкомплекса в обеспечении эффективности производства плодово-ягодной продукции, а также снижении зависимости от импорта агрохимикатов, с.-х. техники и технологий. Анализ состояния отрасли, проведенный по данным за 2015-2021 гг., выявил структурные проблемы. Доля России в общемировом производстве плодово-ягодной продукции составляет 0,4%. В объеме производства внутри России максимальную долю, 64,1%, занимают хозяйства населения. На долю с.-х. организаций приходится 31,1%. Определены пути повышения конкурентоспособности плодового подкомплекса. Это восстановление специализированных с.-х. организаций, развитие потребительской кооперации и агропромышленной интеграции, широкое внедрение инноваций в производство, восстановление перерабатывающей промышленности, усиление господдержки. Осуществление предложенных мер обеспечит рост производства плодово-ягодной продукции и поддержит внутренний спрос на нее, активизирует инвестиционную и инновационную деятельность. Адаптация отрасли к меняющимся экономическим условиям повысит уровень продовольственной безопасности страны.
