Influence of the probiotic "Kormozim-P" on the immune resistance of the blood and the growth intensity of the preweaning period сalves | Влияние пробиотика "Кормозим-П" на иммунную резистентность крови и интенсивность роста телят молочного периода

英语. The effect of the "Kormozim-P" probiotic on immunity indicators and the growth rate in calves during the preweaning period were studied. The research was conducted under the conditions of OOO "Agrofirma Bayramgul" located in the Uchalinskiy District of the Republic of Bashkortostan. For the experiment, 4 groups of Black-and-White Holstein calves aged 7-10 days, 10 heads each, were formed according to the principle of analogue pairs. The animals were provided with "Kormozim-P" at the daily norms of 0, 6, 9, 12 g per a head for 83 days. It has been established that the use of the enzyme-probiotic premix based on the microorganisms Lactobacillus acidophilus and Streptococcus faecium, Propionibacterium shermanii, Azotobacter vinelandii, Propionibacterium shermanii will positively affect the immune status and growth rate of preweaning calves. The introduction of the "Kormozim-P" probiotic into the diets in the daily amount of 9 g per a head contributed to an increase in phagocytic ability in the group with the probiotic "Kormozim-P" by 5.8 abs.%, compared with the first control group. There was an increase in circulating immune complexes by 11.0% in the 3rd experimental group of calves also compared with the first control group. These changes in the blood composition indicate a higher level of natural resistance and are specific to intensively growing calves. With 100% safety of calves in all groups, the average daily gain of calves in the third and fourth experimental groups was higher by 14.7–14.8% with simultaneous reducing feed costs per 1 kg of live weight by 8.8–8.9% compared with the first control group. However, there was no equivalent increase in the growth intensity of calves with an increase in the probiotic norm in the fourth experimental group. Thus, the effective probiotic daily norm is 9 g per a head.

俄语. Изучали влияние пробиотика "Кормозим-П" на показатели иммунитета и интенсивность роста телят молочного периода. Исследования проводились в условиях ООО "Агрофирма Байрамгул" Учалинского района Республики Башкортостан. Для опыта по принципу пар-аналогов сформировали 4 группы телят чёрно-пёстрой голштинской породы в возрасте 7-10 дней по 10 голов в каждой. Телята 1, 2, 3 и 4 групп получали пребиотик в дозе 0, 6, 9 и 12 г на голову в сутки в течение 83 дней. Установлено, что использование ферментно-пробиотического премикса "Кормозим-П" на основе микроорганизмов Lactobacillus acidophilus и Streptococcus faecium, Propionibacterium shermanii, Azotobacter vinelandii, Propionibacterium shermanii положительно влияет на иммунный статус и интенсивность роста телят молочного периода. Введение в рационы телят молочного периода пробиотика "Кормозим-П" в количестве 9 г на голову в сутки способствовало повышению фагоцитарной активности на 5,8 абс.%, по сравнению с первой (контрольной) группой. В 3-й опытной группе телят установлено повышение циркулирующих иммунных комплексов на 11,0%, также по сравнению с первой группой. Данные изменения в составе крови указывают на более высокий уровень естественной резистентности и характерны для интенсивно растущих телят. При стопроцентной сохранности телят во всех группах, в третьей и четвертой опытных группах среднесуточный прирост телят оказался выше на 14,7–14,8% при одновременном снижении затрат кормов на 1 кг живой массы на 8,8–8,9% по сравнению с первой контрольной группой. Однако в четвёртой опытной группе при увеличении дозы пробиотика эквивалентного повышения интенсивности роста телят не произошло. Таким образом, эффективная доза пробиотика составляет 9 г на 1 голову в сутки.
