The article examines fundamental and applied research into the economics of the agro-industrial complex at the present stage. An assessment of the potential for self-sufficiency for the main types of agricultural products and food was carried out, on the basis of which groups of products that reflect the dependence of indicators of the level of self-sufficiency with interval parameters were identified. The practical application of the development is aimed at increasing the efficiency of information and analytical support for the processes of monitoring and forecasting food security. A methodology was developed to improve the planning system for agricultural development at the regional level. Recommendations for optimizing material and monetary costs in the production of agricultural products, aimed at increasing its competitiveness were proposed. A mechanism for effective management of material resources within the framework of government orders was developed. A comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of functioning of the agricultural, food industry and trade sectors was carried out. Directions and measures were developed to improve the efficiency of the functioning of raw material zones. A methodology for assessing factors for the effective development of large-scale agro-industrial enterprises, taking into account agroclimatic conditions was developed. Proposals to improve the mechanism for selling enterprises as property complexes were developed. Proposals for new approaches to the procurement of agricultural products for government needs were developed. In general, developments are carried out at the macro and micro levels, directly focused on the needs of the real sector of the economy, which ensures the comprehensive use of the results obtained in practice. / В статье рассмотрены фундаментальные и прикладные исследования экономики АПК на современном этапе. Выполнена оценка потенциала самообеспечения по основным видам сельскохозяйственной продукции и продовольствия, на базе которой выделены группы продуктов, отражающие зависимость показателей уровня самообеспеченности с интервальными параметрами. Практическое применение разработки направлено на повышение эффективности информационно-аналитического обеспечения процессов мониторинга и прогнозирования продовольственной безопасности. Разработана методология совершенствования системы планирования развития сельского хозяйства на региональном уровне. Предложены рекомендации по оптимизации материально-денежных затрат при производстве сельскохозяйственной продукции, ориентированные на повышение ее конкурентоспособности. Разработан механизм эффективного управления материальными ресурсами в рамках государственного заказа. Выполнен комплексный анализ эффективности функционирования отраслей сельского хозяйства, пищевой промышленности и торговли. Разработаны направления и меры повышения эффективности функционирования сырьевых зон. Разработана методика оценки факторов эффективного развития крупнотоварных агропромышленных предприятий с учетом агроклиматических условий. Выработаны предложения по совершенствованию механизма продажи предприятий как имущественных комплексов. Разработаны предложения по новым подходам в рамках закупки сельскохозяйственной продукции для государственных нужд. В целом, разработки выполняются на макро- и микроуровнях, напрямую ориентированы на потребности реального сектора экономики, что обеспечивает комплексное использование полученных результатов на практике.
