Solution of heat and mass transfer boundary problem using the method of sources for soil radiant heating conditions | Решение краевой задачи тепломассопереноса методом источников для условий лучистого обогрева почвы

The research purpose is to find, predict and regulate the temperature and moisture regime of the soil for the conditions of radiant heating of cultivation facilities with dark-type ceiling infrared emitters. A system of differential equations composed both in dimensional and dimensionless forms is presented. It is reflecting the relationship between thermal and mass transfer processes in colloidal capillary-porous bodies in the case of surface radiant heating. A partial analytical solution of this system of differential equations for a semi-bounded body is considered with the exclusion of the phenomenon of thermal and thermal conductivity and steam diffusion processes. On the example of milling peat considering the initial data, the solution of the boundary value problem of heat and mass transfer by the method of sources is obtained, which is one-dimensional non-stationary fields of moisture content and temperature. It is established that under the given initial and boundary conditions, as well as taking into account the thermophysical properties of milling peat, the required moisture content will be achieved in six hours, the required temperature in three hours. By adjusting the thermal power of the infrared radiation source, and therefore the intensity of moisture evaporation from the soil surface into the environment, it is possible to control the rate of heating and drying of the layer, for example, to determine the time or frequency of soil watering. To clarify the values of moisture content and soil temperature by coordinate and over time, it seems expedient to consider analytical solutions that took into account not only basic processes of heat and mass diffusion but also attended ones.

Цель исследований – нахождение, прогнозирование и регулирование температурно-влажностного режима почвы для условий лучистого отопления культивационных сооружений с применением потолочных инфракрасных излучателей темного типа. Представлена система дифференциальных уравнений (в размерном и безразмерном видах), отражающая взаимосвязь тепловых и массообменных процессов в коллоидных капиллярно-пористых телах в случае поверхностного лучистого обогрева. Рассмотрено частное аналитическое решение данной системы дифференциальных уравнений для полуограниченного тела при исключении явления термовлагопроводности и пародиффузионных процессов. На примере фрезерного торфа с учетом исходных данных получено решение краевой задачи тепломассопереноса методом источников, представляющее собой одномерные нестационарные поля влагосодержания и температуры. При заданных начальных и граничных условиях, а также с учетом теплофизических свойств фрезерного торфа достижение требуемого значения влагосодержания произойдет через 6 ч, температуры – через 3 ч. Регулируя тепловую мощность источника инфракрасного излучения, а значит, и интенсивность испарения влаги с поверхности почвы в окружающую среду, можно управлять скоростью прогрева и сушки слоя (например, для определения времени или периодичности полива почвы). Для уточнения значений влагосодержания и температуры почвы по координате и во времени представляется целесообразным рассмотрение аналитических решений, учитывавших не только основные, но и сопряженные процессы диффузии теплоты и массы.
