Abstract: One hundred seventeen organizations (most with Washington, D.C. offices) that have an impact on health-oriented legislation and executive policy are listed, including name, address, phone number and director's or administrator's name. Members of the National Health Council are identified, and organizations such as unions and consumer groups which have an influence on health issues are also included. Organizations range from the American Cancer Society and the Association of Medical Rehabilitation Directors and Coordinators to The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
