Abstract: This teaching kit was designed to provide resources and activities for teaching nutrition to children at various grade levels and to encourage participation in school lunch. An agenda for the child nutrition workshop, various nutrition activities for each grade level (K-12), fun school lunch recipes, brochures about school lunch, four food groups, coloring book about foods, posters, etc. and an evaluation form are provided. A fact sheet is included to familiarize participants with the Nutrition Center of St. Paul (Mn) Public Schools.
