A new genus Coleopygmephorus Khaustov gen. nov . (Acari: Pygmephoroidea: Neopygmephoridae) with type species Bakerdania loricophila Sevastianov, 1981 is described. Coleopygmephorus loricophilus (Sevastianov 1981) comb. nov . is recorded from Russia for the first time and redescribed. A new species Coleopygmephorus scolyti Khaustov and Mandelshtam sp. nov ., collected on Hylurgops longipillus Reitter, 1895 (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Scolytinae) in Far East of Russia is described.
